Customer Service Representative - Part Time | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Local HAC Contractor is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Spring / Summer busy season | April - September.
This is an in-office position, not a call center.

Job Overview:
Answering incoming calls, this position is first on the phones
Scheduling service calls / supporting our excellent Dispatcher
Scheduling annual maintenance for customers
Keeping customer database up to date
Providing backup support to other office functions
Skills We Are Looking For:
2 years of customer service in an office setting or combination of education and experience
Stellar customer service skills
The ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with service technicians and customers
CRM data base experience - Service Titan experience a plus!
Construction/ HVAC / Plumbing or similar service industry experience a plus!
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as a team
High school diploma or equivalent
