A remote service organization is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA by assisting callers with emergency inquiries. Candidates must be bilingual (English & Spanish), have at least six months of customer service experience, and be U.S. citizens residing near Houston for equipment pick-up. There will be comprehensive paid training, and a federal background check is required. Salary is between $15.00 - $21.00 per hour.
