
Hospitality Specialist - Miami

Mailroom and Delivery Support
Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Prepare outgoing mail, including certified, overnight, and special-handling items.
Coordinate with external vendors (FedEx, USPS, UPS, Couriers) to ensure timely delivery.
Document and Reproduction Services
Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and binding machines.
Assist with printing, copying, scanning, collating, laminating, and binding legal documents.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive or privileged materials.
Facilities and Office Support
Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, supply rooms, and equipment rooms.
Monitor and restock office supplies, paper, and toner, and maintain inventory levels.
Support conference rooms setups, furniture moves, and internal office relocations.
Deliver documents, binders, or supplies to attorneys and staff as needed.
Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficient with office equipment (copiers, scanners, postage meters, Zoom, Teams).
Ability to lift boxes or supplies to 50 lbs.
Comfortable using basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Work Environment On-site Monday – Friday during business hours.
Requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
