Artificial Intelligence Strategy Intern

Job Description
During this internship, you will help develop and establish the artificial intelligence strategy and roadmap in our division. A few of your key responsibilities include:
Work with team members to understand the nature of tasks performed in the group and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement with AI tools
Develop AI tools based on existing LLMs within the Bosch framework
Present regular updates to the management on strategy and development of models
Train team members on usage of AI tools
Perform various follow‑up and administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Ph.D. or Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Strong experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields.
Hands‑on experience on large language models, including training, fine‑tuning, and prompting.
Hands‑on experience on state‑of‑the‑art NLP / AI libraries and toolkits
Good communication and team‑working skills
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Ability to commit to a minimum 1-year internship period
This internship will be onsite in Farmington Hills, MI.
Preferred Qualifications
Analytical and structural approach.
Work well independently, highly motivated, results oriented.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to develop network in very complex company culture.
Presentation Skills
