Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from potential customers Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing. Guide customers through the sales process to successfully close deals. Address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and provide excellent service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Previous experience in inbound call sales is required. Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
