
Sales Manager (Wholesales)

We are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in Wholesales of fresh products. You will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our wholesale trading business, managing relationships with wholesalers, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth trading processes aligned with company objectives.
Scope and Responsibilities Develop the wholesale strategy for the Americas region:
Open, select and train business partners to fulfill the strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase wholesale trading volume
Maintain updated intelligence on market dynamics
Analyze and determine competitive product pricing
Develop and manage targets and budget
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
Contribute to and deliver on the Global Sales Strategy and Sales targets
Timely movement of fruit and achieving competitive prices:
Build and execute sales plan for each wholesale partner
Support inventory management process by identifying fruit appropriate for wholesale
Coordinate transactions quickly and in a profitable manner.
Close out transactions in timely manner using UE approved business practices.
Requirements
Proven and managerial experience in sales management, in wholesale or trading.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
Experience in Fresh Industry.
Functional / Technical Skills
Computer literacy: MS Office advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good fruit marketing knowledge and high degree of product knowledge.
ERPs, CRMs and business processes experience
Soft Skills
