Sales Analyst – Home Health & Hospice

This role sits at the intersection of sales performance, market strategy, referral analytics, workforce planning, and financial forecasting. You won’t just report numbers — you’ll shape how leadership understands performance, risk, and opportunity.

What You’ll Do Sales Performance & Executive Reporting
Own month‑end sales reporting for the VP of Sales and executive leadership
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across regions and service lines
Deliver actionable insights, including CPA reporting and performance risk analysis
Market Share & Competitive Analytics
Develop and maintain market share dashboards across Home Health and Hospice
Analyze territory performance trends to inform growth strategy
Integrate external data sources to strengthen competitive intelligence
Referral & Trella Analytics
Analyze referral patterns and portal‑based referral activity
Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning insightsProvide field‑ready intelligence to drive targeted growth initiatives
Workforce & Productivity Reporting
Track headcount, hiring trends, productivity, and turnover metrics
Support capacity modeling aligned to sales demand and expansion plans
Provide visibility into workforce risk areas and staffing implications
Data Governance & Process Improvement
Validate data sources and resolve reporting discrepancies
Establish controls and documentation to improve data integrity
Reduce manual adjustments and improve scalability of reporting processes
Budgeting & Strategic Support
Support quarterly and annual board reporting preparation
Partner with Sales and Finance to align analytics with growth and budget assumptions
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data‑focused roles
Healthcare experience preferred (Home Health or Hospice a plus)
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
Dashboard and visualization experience (Tableau preferred)
Experience with Homecare Homebase and/or Trella strongly preferred
Proven ability to support senior leadership with clear, concise insights
High attention to detail with strong analytical judgment
