Summary The Strategic Account Development Representative is responsible for driving new business opportunities within the data center sector across North America. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers to position our solutions as the preferred choice.

Responsibilities

Identify using Zoominfo and other prospecting tools and engage potential clients across North America. Perform outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospect each of these potential clients.

Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers based off of prospecting above.

Ensure smooth handoff to Subject Matter Expert (SME) and BDMs for each opportunity.

Using consultative approach to uncover pain points and business needs for the targeted clients.

Build strong relationships with prospects to create trust and position the company as a strategic partner.

Educate prospects on GDI and Ainsworth solutions to determine the pain point for each prospect.

Execute targeted campaigns and implement email campaigns to the data center industry.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all prospect interactions, appointments, and pipeline stages in D365.

Qualifications

2+ years of inside sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B or technical environments) with Commercial Facilities Services vertical.

Familiarity with GMP, data center operations, or critical environment standards is a plus.

Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems (D365 or similar).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
