We're looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You'll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships—all backed by a respectful, collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
Connect with business owners through professional, in-person outreach
Present supplemental insurance solutions that bring clarity and peace of mind
Build long-term client relationships based on trust, not pressure Mentor new team members by modeling consistency, care, and professionalism

Qualifications
1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role
Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required)

Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales
State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)
