Role Description The Sales Manager for NDT X-ray Systems will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) X-ray systems market. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, generating leads, preparing proposals, and attending industry events to represent the company. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met is key to the role. This is a full-time, on-site or remote role. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development, with a preference for candidates familiar with the NDT or X-ray systems industry. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex engineering and X-ray system concepts to clients. Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and lead management. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. Experience in attending industry trade shows and networking events is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
