who enjoys prospecting, visiting job sites, and closing large mechanical projects. You’ll have the freedom to grow your territory while earning

uncapped commission with realistic $150K to $200K+ potential . A well-established commercial HVAC and mechanical services company is hiring a

Sales Executive

to develop new business and manage commercial HVAC projects across the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and build relationships with commercial clients

Sell HVAC service agreements, retrofit projects, replacements, and construction projects

Conduct site visits and evaluate HVAC system needs

Prepare proposals, project scopes, and cost estimates

Work closely with engineering, estimating, and service teams

Manage pipeline activity and close new projects

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial HVAC sales, estimating, or mechanical industry experience

Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings

Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

Self-starter comfortable prospecting and developing new clients

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred

Spanish bilingual

Experience with AutoCAD or HVAC estimating tools

Compensation & Benefits

$90K to $110K base salary + uncapped commission

Top performers earning $150K to $200K+
