Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Supervisor role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, managing and training the sales team, providing excellent customer service, ensuring sales targets are met, and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for growth. The role also involves fostering a positive team environment to promote collaboration and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop team members effectively
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and effectively convey information to team members and customers
Solid Analytical Skills to assess sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement
Proficiency in building relationships and managing a dynamic sales environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or sales, is considered an advantage
