Looking to level up your résumé and get real sales experience before graduation? DRF Water Heater Solutions is offering a hands‑on internship built in partnership with college sales programs. You’ll learn the sales process from the ground up, work real leads, and build skills employers actually care about.

What You’ll Do

Learn the ins and outs of DRF’s products, customers, and sales strategy

Move through a structured training path (orientation → guided outreach → independent selling)

Make real outreach calls and qualify leads

Support department initiatives and complete a project you can show off

Hit activity goals and get coaching from experienced sales pros

What We’re Looking For

Current student in a business or sales program

Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking to people

Motivated, positive, and ready to grow

Able to work 15–20 hours/week with flexible scheduling
