Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by managing accounts, presenting promotional solutions, and driving sales growth. This role involves identifying client needs, creating tailored marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills
Experience in customer relationship management and client communications
Knowledge of promotional marketing, branded merchandise, or advertising services
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance metrics and deliver insights
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
