Position Overview Comfort Systems USA (CSUSA), a leading provider of Security Systems and Building Automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support our operations in the Cleveland, Ohio market.

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in both new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote and sell CSUSA security and building automation solutions.

Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with:

End users

Building owners

Electrical contractors

General contractors

Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.

Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the financial and operational value of CSUSA offerings.

Generate high-quality estimates, proposals, and cost analyses in a timely manner.

Assist consulting engineers with preliminary project design and technical specifications.

Promote system upgrades, expansions, retrofits, and service agreements to existing customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline activity within CRM.

Collaborate with Sales Management to develop and execute sales activity plans.

Conduct cold calls, prospecting efforts, and follow-ups to continuously expand market presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations.

Proven skills in planning, organization, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

Comfortable engaging with all levels of management within client organizations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience in access control systems and IP video surveillance systems.

Background in security systems, building automation, or related technical sales.

Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Performance-based incentive program tied to sales results and profitability
