Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Start your day in a fully stocked van, ready for your first call
Diagnose residential plumbing issues and clearly explain options homeowners can trust
Complete repairs, maintenance, and upgrades with confidence
Deliver professional service that leaves customers informed and relieved
Recommend additional Goettl services only when it truly benefits the homeowner
Head home knowing you solved real problems for real people
Candidate Profile
An experienced residential plumber looking for something better
Have 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (required — more is welcome)
Have a stable, committed work history (this isn’t a fit for job hopping)
Strong in troubleshooting, communication, and customer service
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and driving record review
Comfortable using an iPad, smartphone, and basic digital tools
Value teamwork, professionalism, and continued growth
