A bit about us We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands‑on leader who has a deep understanding of HVAC/Mechanical installations. You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the fabrication and installation of HVAC sheet metal components, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the sheet metal team.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification.
Ensure adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
Train and mentor junior staff members and apprentices.
Install HVAC sheet metal including ductwork, VAV boxes, fire/smoke dampers, and other related components.
Oversee the fabrication of sheet metal parts using a variety of tools and machines.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation.
Proven experience as a foreman, lead person, or similar leadership role.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
