
Territory Sales Representative

Opportunity Summary
Guaranteed Truck Service (GTS) Territory Sales Representative are the face of GTS in the field. You will own a defined geographic territory, make daily contact with fleet operators, commercial businesses, and build relationships that convert into active preventive maintenance and service agreements. This is a field-based role with real earning potential for motivated, self-directed candidates who enjoy being in front of customers.
Job Duties
Prospect and call on commercial and industrial fleet operators within your assigned territory, focusing on businesses that rely on outside vendors for vehicle maintenance
Identify PM, DOT inspection and corrective repair opportunities through on-site visits and fleet assessments
Prepares and presents quotations for requested service or repairs identified through inspections; proactively follows up with customer and negotiates to close the sale.
Work with operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer experiences after account activation
Build and manage a consistent daily route that maximizes customer contact and territory coverage
Log all customer interactions, opportunities and follow-up activity in Salesforce
Present service options and coordinate with the GTS team to develop solutions that meet customer needs
Represent GTS professionally at customer sites, industry events and in all communications
Other duties as assigned
Work Experience And Qualifications
One to three years of customer-facing experience in sales, route sales, parts, service writing or a related field
Comfortable managing your own schedule and working independently in the field every day
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with commercial vehicles, fleet maintenance or the diesel industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
