Contractor Sales Specialist

We’re seeking a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales / Counter Sales Rep to support contractors, builders, and homeowners with product selection, quoting, and order processing. Building materials experience required; roofing materials experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the counter and by phone with pricing, availability, and orders
Generate and follow up on quotes to drive sales
Process transactions accurately and coordinate order fulfillment
Build strong relationships with contractors and trade professionals
Support outside sales and maintain product knowledge, especially roofing systems
Qualifications:
2+ years building materials sales experience (roofing preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills
