Outside Sales Representatives
Full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position. Your role is to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Average annual earnings are between $150,000 and $250,000 per year, with top performers making upwards of $350K.

About the Role
Learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
Promote company products and services.
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus.
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Approachable demeanor.
Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
