Acme Tools is looking for a
motivated and relationship‑driven Equipment Sales Specialist
to join our team in
Bismarck, ND . This role focuses on helping contractors, farmers, construction professionals, and homeowners find the right equipment for their needs — from compact equipment to larger machinery.
This full‑time position offers a

In the Role of Equipment Sales In this role, you will combine product knowledge, relationship‑building, and sales expertise to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with both new and returning customers to understand their needs and recommend the right equipment solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Building strong relationships with contractors, farmers, construction professionals, and individual customers
Assisting customers with equipment selection, including Kubota equipment and other equipment brands offered by Acme Tools
Conducting equipment demonstrations and guiding customers through start‑up procedures
Preparing quotes for equipment purchases
Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and support long‑term relationships
Responding to incoming calls, internet leads, and in‑store inquiries
Entering and maintaining accurate sales orders and customer records
Actively identifying new business opportunities through customer relationships, community involvement, and local events
Participating in store events, trade shows, and community outreach opportunities
Supporting store operations as needed while maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
Experience in equipment sales, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or related industries preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of customers
A consultative sales approach focused on helping customers find the right solution
Interest in or familiarity with equipment such as tractors, compact equipment, or power equipment
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prepare quotes and assist customers through the purchasing process
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Availability to work a rotating Saturday schedule
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work at a computer for extended periods
