The Role – New Logo Account Executive I’m partnering with a

venture-backed, AI-powered SaaS company

This is a

pure new business / hunter role . You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities across the construction ecosystem. You’ll act as the

tip of the spear

— opening new markets, building executive relationships, and turning first conversations into long-term partnerships.

You won’t just be selling software; you’ll be championing a

transformational technology

that’s reshaping how major construction projects are delivered.

Consistently achieve or exceed

quarterly and annual sales targets

within defined territories

Drive

outbound prospecting

while developing and expanding target accounts

Take a

consultative, partnership-led approach

to selling at senior and executive level

Strategically map accounts to uncover growth opportunities and deliver measurable business impact

Build and maintain a

high-quality pipeline , with accurate forecasting and reporting

Develop trusted, long-term customer relationships that drive retention and advocacy

Proactively prioritise customer needs to maximise mutual business outcomes

✅ Experience & Profile This role will suit a

high-performing B2B Account Executive

who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Ideal background includes:

Strong experience selling

complex B2B SaaS solutions , ideally into

construction, engineering, infrastructure, or adjacent industries

A true

hunter mentality

with a proven ability to close new logos

Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, including

executives, project leaders, and commercial decision-makers

Excellent discovery and listening skills, with the ability to align solutions to real customer problems

High integrity, resilience, and persistence in competitive sales cycles

Comfortable managing

multi-stakeholder deals

across regions, roles, and cultures

Passion for technology and belief in its ability to transform traditional industries
