
Inside Sales Representative (Remote - SC, GA)

The Inside Sales Representative at Truvista Fiber consults with potential customers to match our services to their needs with the goal of creating loyal and profitable customers. Key responsibilities include taking inbound calls from potential and existing customers, following up on sales leads and making warm calls to potential customers to close sales and meet sales objectives. This position is critical to Truvista Fiber adding and retaining customers by providing exemplary customer service.
Essential Job Functions
Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to both new and existing customers
Manage sales leads by tracking and following up close new sales and customer upgrades
Work with Truvista Fiber sales and operations team members to generate sales leads
Review existing customer accounts to identify and close new sales and service upgrades opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the customer and Truvista Fiber
Provide world-class customer service to customers, process orders for service installation, activation, or change in service
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders
Take ownership of customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered
Perform other work-related duties as assigned

– Able to calculate adjustments and amounts such as discounts, pro-rata, percentages, and apply concepts of basic accounting

– Maintains a professional appearance. Approaches others in a tactful manner, reacts well under pressure, and treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Accepts responsibility for own actions and follows through on commitments.
Computer Skills
– Possesses solid operating knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and order processing software
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 year of related experience and/or training
Industry experience and sales experience is preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
