Sell services rather than products or licences Focussed on Salesforce consulting and implementation. Own and grow Salesforce services revenue, including Data & AI and CX services. Leverage a strong Salesforce relationship to drive pipeline and opportunities. Work closely with Salesforce, benefiting from high‑quality leads while also building your own network. Background selling to Retail, Pharma or Manufacturing. Focus on DATA & AI / CRM / change management services for mid‑market customers. Position system integration and change‑management projects built on Salesforce. Drive 80% net new business, acting as a true hunter for a Salesforce Partner. The Person

Proven hunter, not a farmer; comfortable driving 80% net new business. Experienced in selling Salesforce services (not products/licences), ideally a Salesforce Partner. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and how to position Data & AI / CRM / change‑management offerings. Background selling for or against one of the big consultancies in Germany Comfortable working system integration and change‑management deals Dealing with complex stakeholders. Resilient, with the right attitude and work ethic to succeed
