Maintain accurate activity, notes, pipeline stages, and forecasting in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Coordinate internally to deliver the right solution and support a smooth handoff post‑sale
Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

prep/production workflow
holding/consistency standards
food safety + operational constraints
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment

Experience selling commercial kitchen equipment or operational solutions (labor‑saving tech, foodservice automation, etc.)
Startup / early‑stage experience (resourceful, self‑directed, comfortable building process as you go)
HubSpot proficiency (or strong CRM discipline in Salesforce/Pipedrive/etc.)
Experience navigating purchasing cycles, pilots, budget timing, and ROI justification
Familiarity with equipment financing / leasing models

How To Apply Send a resume plus a short note including:
Your Assisted Living sales background (who you sold to, deal size, stakeholders)
Your kitchen experience (role, volume, type of operation)
One example of a deal you personally closed end‑to‑end (briefly)
