Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson based in Hoboken, NJ, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide guidance throughout the buying, selling, renting, or investing process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and establishing client relationships, conducting property tours, assisting with negotiations, preparing contracts, maintaining knowledge of the real estate market, and collaborating with the team to craft marketing materials and strategies.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws and compliance standards
Experience and skills in Sales and Real Estate transactions
Strong Customer Service skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Capability to build lasting client relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and local market trends is a plus
Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs
