Sales Specialist, SSV

We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Specialist (SSV) to apply your relationship‑building skills, mechanical and automotive knowledge, to sell specialty service vehicles.

Responsibilities

Develop sales leads obtained through advertising, tradeshows, inquiries, networking, and cold calls.

Work with customers to identify required functionality, develop detailed product specifications, and provide them to production for build.

Collaborate with CAD, Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management and Production to ensure the actual build meets customer expectations and specifications.

Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to verify quality, layout and functionality meet customer expectations.

Follow up with customers post‑delivery to ensure vehicle performance and capabilities meet or exceed expectations.

Identify potential tradeshows or other industry events, determine LDV participation, and attend selected events to represent LDV and its products.

Build and maintain strong client relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Knowledge of CRM systems, manufacturing software, project management software, spreadsheet applications and word‑processing applications.

Talent for developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
