Account Executive, Growth Location: Houston / Colorado / Indiana (Remote)

Reports to: RVP, Growth

Overview Sell mission‑critical and transformational projects to organizations of significant value. Work closely with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, Transformation Specialists and customers. Collaborate with RevOps, Business Applications, IT, Legal, Sales and Operations executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strong territory strategy, including multiple resources (Business & Sales Development).

Prospect, work, and co‑sell with partners.

Align with RevOps, Business Applications, IT, Legal, Sales & Operations executives.

Source new logos and expand current customers through upsell and cross‑sell motions with customers under $100M.

Align multiple decision makers, build relationships, grow pipeline, provide value, and close deals.

Qualifications

Proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas.

Strong prospecting experience; SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem experience is an advantage.

Strategic mindset with deep discovery and alignment to multiple decision‑makers.

Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; able to propose and own projects beyond scope.

Results‑driven, dynamic, high‑performing sales professional.
