Position Overview As a
Wireless Sales Consultant , you’ll be the face of Verizon in your community, helping customers find the right phones, plans, and accessories to stay connected. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs to recommend the best Verizon products and plans.
Educate customers on the latest devices, accessories, and wireless technologies.
Process activations, upgrades, and billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Consistently meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional, organized, and clean sales floor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience a plus).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for mobile devices and innovation.
