This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Lake Charles, LA, for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales operations within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, conducting customer visits, preparing proposals, and providing technical support related to fluid control equipment and services. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams and presenting solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications
Strong sales, account management, and client relationship‑building skills Knowledge and expertise in fluid control equipment and industrial solutions, including valves, actuators, and control devices Proficiency in strategic planning, market research, and identifying growth opportunities Technical aptitude for explaining product specifications and capabilities to clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered Experience in the industrial or fluid control sector is a strong plus Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
