You will start by generating painting leads door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, setting appointments, and developing into a full sales representative closing jobs and earning commissions.

1099 Independent Contractor – Commission Only
Uncapped earning potential
Commission paid on every job you generate and close
Top performers can earn $75K – $150K+ per year

What You’ll Be Doing
Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door
Speak with homeowners about exterior and interior painting services
Identify homes that need painting or maintenance
Schedule painting estimates with qualified homeowners
Build relationships and represent Five Seasons Painting professionally
Track leads and appointments in our system
Eventually run estimates and close painting jobs
Door-to-door prospecting is one of the most effective ways to generate new home improvement customers and grow a sales pipeline.
