We are looking for a
results-driven remote sales professional
to join our team. This role is
commission-based initially , with a clear path to a guaranteed monthly salary once performance milestones are met.
Your Role As a Remote Account Acquisition Specialist, your primary goal will be to
bring in new clients , helping businesses transform their digital presence. You will:
Identify and approach potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, or in-person visits (where feasible).
Generate new business deals for web development, software, and digital services.
Build strong relationships to secure repeat business and long-term clients.
Track and report your sales activity, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
Compensation & Commission
Initial Phase:
100% commission-based until you bring in a total of
$500,000 in confirmed deals .
Commission Rate:
15% per deal .
Transition to Salary:
After reaching $500k, you will move to a
fixed monthly salary , based on your client portfolio and expected ongoing retainers. Commissions will
continue on all new deals , creating long-term earning potential.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in tech or software services.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
Based in the
USA, UK, or Canada .
Excellent communication skills in English.
