Responsibilities
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Accurately handle cash and balance the drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Provide friendly and professional service to customers while answering account questions
Identify customer needs and assist with banking services and products
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines
Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking requests
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of bank teller or relevant cash handling experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow banking regulations
Basic computer and data entry skills
High school diploma or GED required
