Position Summary The Inside Sales Support Specialist will support the region's sales activities and contribute to smoothing and improving the sales process. The main responsibilities of this role are sales and growth of assigned accounts, lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service, including maintaining a high level of product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and assisting the sales team in meeting/exceeding sales targets. As an integral part of the Sales Organization, you will be required to engage with your sales colleagues and the Order management team. You will also collaborate with other key functional groups such as Marketing, Operations, and Legal Departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring best-in‑class customer experience through follow‑up support and case clarity as needed, including follow‑up on email campaigns/contacts, providing additional information to Sales Representatives and Sales leadership when necessary.

Responsibilities

Increasing revenue on assigned accounts

Building strong relationships with our dealers by providing excellent customer service, education and collaboration.

Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including order processing and lead follow‑ups

Source new leads and activate dormant accounts through engagement via phone and email

Ensure new customers are converted to active customers by maintaining customer service checkpoints

Perform outreach and communicate sales and marketing programs to customers

Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare and execute promotional activities, events, campaigns and coordinate pricing activities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships

Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the Inside Sales Admin as needed.

Collect and prepare the documentation for contracts and coordinate with the different company functions including Legal and Finance as needed.

Become fully knowledgeable with Products and field sales process to continue improvement initiatives on the process

Assist in sales forecasting and planning activities to achieve revenue targets and business objectives

Support the sales team in preparing and conducting sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related field

1-3 years previous experience in a support function or position

Outbound Calling experience (required); excellent Communication skills, engaging phone manner and good listening skills are a must

Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting your colleagues

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long‑term customer relation building

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Sales tooling and systems knowledge/skills

Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities

Self‑motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel in stressful situations

Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job function

Ability to operate autonomously or as a team member, self‑disciplined

Requirements You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
