We're looking for motivated and people-oriented
Property Management Intern
to join our multifamily property team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in real estate, property management, and leasing operations while working directly with residents and on‑site staff.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist prospective resident (in person, phone, and email)
Schedule and conduct apartment tours
Support leasing activities and application processing
Help with marketing efforts (social media, flyers, online listings)
Maintain accurate records and update property management software
Assist with resident events and general office support
What We’re Looking For:
Current student or recent graduate (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and organized
Comfortable using basic computer systems and social media
Interest in real estate, leasing, or property management
What You’ll Gain:

Weekly training day covering material from various departments within the Property Management industry
Formal presentation experience through two hands‑on projects that will be reviewed and assessed by a board of Tonti Team members
