Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Escrow Assistant role based in Glendale, AZ. The Escrow Assistant will support the escrow officer in coordinating real estate transactions, including preparing documents, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth progression of closings. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with funding procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and verifying that all required documentation is complete and compliant with legal regulations. Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Escrow and Closing processes Strong communication and customer service skills Experience, or certification, as a Notary Public is an advantage Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently Proficiency in office software and the ability to adapt to escrow-specific technology Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
