Wide Format Print Operator

Raven Lake Studio is a creative fabrication studio specializing in high‑end interiors, experiential graphics, and environmental design. We’re looking for a Wide Format Print Operator to take full ownership of our print production department.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and maintain all wide format printers and finishing equipment
Prepare, RIP, and proof print‑ready files using Onyx
Work seamlessly in Adobe Illustrator (layouts, cut paths, file setup, proofing)
Print on vinyl, wallcovering, glass film, and rigid substrates
Ensure consistent, high‑quality output for graphics, signage, and display work
Troubleshoot and keep the shop running smooth and on schedule
Organize the workspace: keep the studio clean, safe and efficient; prepare racks for next‑day jobs and help with shipping/installation logistics
Collaborate & communicate: work closely with our design team to finalize print‑ready files and, when needed, consult with clients on project needs
Who You Are
Pro with Illustrator and Onyx
Detail‑obsessed and organized
Comfortable taking ownership of your department
Experienced in printing, cutting, laminating, and finishing
Familiar with color management and file prep for various media
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $52,000 – $60,000 per year
Straightforward hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
A creative studio (not a print factory)
