to confirm appointments and support clients for its fine art portrait studio. This remote, part-time role offers

$15–$20/hour

with performance-based raises, requiring

25–35 hours per week, Monday–Friday .

The successful candidate will build anticipation for portrait sessions, handle rescheduling or cancellations, and maintain accurate client records while ensuring a professional and persuasive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make “Excitement Calls” one week before client sessions using provided scripts

Build anticipation and walk clients through session details

Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails during scheduled shifts

Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellations professionally

Maintain accurate daily reports and submit them to management

Candidate Requirements

Confident, assertive communicator with strong persuasion skills

Ability to guide clients firmly while maintaining professionalism and respect

Comfortable handling objections and encouraging clients to keep appointments

Resilient under pressure and able to manage pushback

Prior customer service experience with proven ability to address client issues

Competitive hourly pay ($15–$20/hour)
