Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, actively listening and analyzing needs

Provide solutions and guide customers through questions about products, systems, and processes

Troubleshoot technical issues with websites, apps, and in-car software

Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated issues

Document interactions accurately and maintain professionalism

Deliver empathetic, clear communication that empowers customers

Candidate Requirements Essential:

At least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED

1–3 years of customer support or technical support call center experience

Strong computer literacy; ability to type at least 30 wpm

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Reliable attendance and adherence to schedule

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Home office meeting requirements (quiet, private, distraction-free)

Hardwired internet connection (DSL, Fiber, or Cable; minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, ping Preferred:

Previous work-from-home experience

Prior email/chat support experienceFamiliarity with CRMs or customer support software

Automotive or technology customer support background
