Pay & Compensation
Hourly wage starts at $14 per hour and may reach $27 per hour. Additionally, the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
