Clay Cooley is currently looking for experienced, organized, and self-motivated professionals for our Titles Department. These individuals must have an eye for detail and good communication skills.

Role Responsibilities
Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the designated titled state. The Title Clerk submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Verifies collected funds and Lienholder paid off information. The Title Clerk checks for accuracy and completion of all application.
Prepares payoff checks for new and trade-in vehicles. The Title Clerk completes dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin.
Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full.
Processes/registers all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts, maintaining a log of all contracts processed and mailed.
Floors stock vehicles as titles are received. The Title Clerk keeps up with all title regulations and fees.
Employee Prerequisites
High School Diploma; College Degree a plus
Dealership experience and knowledge of Automotive Titles is a MUST.
Moderate computer skill levels (Internet and MS Outlook); Tekion experience is a PLUS.
Aptitude to transition from one task to another clearly and concisely
Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
