Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in St. Peters, MO is looking to hire a full-time
Parts Specialist
to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize and manage inventory. This position works Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and every other Saturday.

What You Will Be Doing
Foster positive customer relations through effective communication
Respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner
Serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department
Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work
Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts
Work directly with the production team to assure needed parts are available
Experience You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
Preferred Experience
Background in snow, ice, and municipal sales
Wester, Buyers, & SnowEx products
Hydraulics – motors, pumps, PTOs, and hoses
General knowledge of Tarp systems
