Duties and Responsibilities
This position requires patience, empathy, and a positive attitude while interacting with our residents and their families providing excellent customer service
Will be greeting and interacting with new admissions and taking care of tasks that are involved when they arrive at the facility
Making rounds on the residents to ensure their non-clinical requests / concerns are resolved in a timely mannerAssist the nursing staff during lunch time for the residents as needed
Other duties assigned as necessary
Will be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, making a difference every day
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Previous Experience in hospitality industry a plus
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Previous Experience as a Guest Service Director preferred
