We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Lawcode team in Germany!

Think you’re a fit for SAI360? The primary objectives and responsibilities of an Account Executive includes:
Prospect and qualify
new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel referrals;
Pitch the value
of our whistleblower SaaS platform via email, cold calls, social selling, and demos;
Run discovery calls
to understand customer needs and tailor our solution to key compliance pain points;
Manage sales cycles
from initial contact through to closed-won — with support from senior sales leadership;
Collaborate with marketing
to test messaging, improve lead conversion, and share field insights;
Document activities
in our CRM and contribute to a structured sales process;
Learn and grow
with training in compliance workflows, objection handling, negotiation, and SaaS sales.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Proven experience in a SaaS sales, lead generation or business development roles (BDR/SDR, AE, BDM);
A track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment;
Confidence speaking with mid-level to senior decision-makers in HR, Legal, Compliance or Procurement;
An interest in GRC, compliance, ethics or SaaS for regulated industries is highly advantageous;
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar;
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organisation;
Confident, high energy, goal oriented and resilient with a growth mindset;
Full commitment to conduct business with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with the law.
