Job Title: In-Home Sales Consultant / Six Figure Income Potential Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commission + Bonuses Territory: Port St. Lucie Area
Job Description We are looking for a motivated, driven, and results-oriented In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with in-home or face-to-face sales experience who excel at closing, building rapport, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will meet with homeowners, identify their needs, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales using our proven sales system.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and design solutions
Deliver professional sales presentations and close deals
Measure job sites, take photos, and prepare accurate quotes and contracts
Review proposals, address concerns, finalize contracts, and collect down payments
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Participate in ongoing sales training and meetings (in-person and virtual)
Attend trade shows and lead-generation events as needed
Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Sales experience required (in-home sales strongly preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required
