Fly Heli Tours is seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be driving growth through strategic management of client relationships and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone driven towards effective and innovative sales strategies to consistently hit above sales expectations.
Duties
Manage and develop partnerships with customers to drive consistent purchases.
Develop strategies for reaching leads for group helicopter tour sales, helicopter charter sales and other products we offer.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence and long-term partnerships.
Support inside sales efforts by handling inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and Fly Heli.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and customer service excellence.
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to tourism and experience sales is a plus.
Analysis skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans.
Compensation $17 per hour + uncapped commission on Group Tour and Charter sales
