Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Westchester County, New York or Connecticut on our Trade team. Our Trade team is responsible for building the Pella brand within the local trade industry, cultivating relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, and architects within your assigned territory. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Pella in your market, acting as an expert consultant and trusted advisor to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, client service, construction and making a positive impact on homeowners. Key Responsibilities
Build, develop, and manage relationships with residential builders, remodelers, contractors, and architects Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals Serve as a consultative resource, providing technical knowledge, product insights, and on-site support to clients Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, order processing, scheduling, and customer follow-through Use Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to track activities, manage the pipeline, and report on performance Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, while maintaining high customer satisfaction Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Self-driven and goal-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned territory is required B2B sales experience is a plus Construction or trades experience is a plus Bachelor's degree is a plus Car allowance to contribute to personal vehicle expenses Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your qualified dependents Eligible for Employer provided short term disability, term life insurance, and AD&D insurance Paid time off and holidays Paid training and career development Ability to compete for Pella’s Presidents Club and additional awards A supportive and team-focused company culture Equal Opportunity Employer
