This is a sales-driven role focused on building new business relationships through outbound prospecting and structured pipeline development. Candidates will be responsible for creating opportunities through consistent outreach and developing long‑term customer relationships within the transportation industry. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with outbound calling, and the ability to work efficiently within multiple computer systems. What They Will Be Doing
Prospecting new business through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn Building relationships with decision makers Identifying transportation opportunities Managing follow-ups and opportunities inside the CRM Working with senior brokers to develop solutions Learning pricing and quoting strategies Building long‑term customer relationships This is a structured sales environment where consistency and activity lead to success. Core Requirements
Experience prospecting for new business Experience speaking with decision makers Organized approach to follow‑up Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Freight or logistics experience is preferred but not required Cold Calling Requirement
Cold calling is a core part of this role. Candidates must be comfortable prospecting through outbound calls and have experience in an environment where outbound activity drives results. CRM & Computer Requirements
Previous experience working inside a CRM system Experience managing a sales pipeline Experience logging calls and notes Experience managing follow‑ups and tasks Comfortable working across multiple screens and software programs simultaneously What We Are Looking For
