
Regional Sales Manager

We have an opening for a regional sales Manager with a long-standing OEM of processing and packaging machinery. This company has been in business for over 100 years and has great tenure and outstanding benefits, including healthcare that rivals larger corporations, and the company pays 90% of it.
They are open to seasoned sales professionals with good machinery sales in the food industry (preferably in the protein space) who are masters of their craft in hunting and closing. This job will require a competitive hunter to discover and develop new accounts in this Southeastern Territory.
The Territory includes WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL. You will inherit about 2+ mil in sales with this territory, along with residual income from consumables. This business already exists, so you would make commissions immediately. Additionally, you would be provided with a 1000 car allowance. Cell, laptop, and full training. The role has a solid base commiserate with experience as well as higher-than-average uncapped commissions.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Live within the territory WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL
Successful sales Experience in packaging or Food processing equipment
Preference for candidates selling equipment into protein industry (meat)
Hunter with strong Business development skills
Good job tenure
Willingness to travel weekly as needed, with overnights as well in the territory.
