Novozis is a boutique B2B cybersecurity consultancy helping small and mid‑sized businesses protect sensitive client data and meet compliance requirements. We work primarily with professional services firms handling financial and personally identifiable information.
The Role We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to conduct outbound outreach and book qualified discovery calls with prospective clients. The role focuses on initiating conversations, identifying potential fit, and scheduling meetings for our senior team. ISRs are not responsible for technical selling or closing deals.
This is a commission‑only contractor role designed for self‑motivated individuals seeking flexibility and performance‑based earnings. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals looking for flexible income or individuals interested in breaking into tech or cybersecurity sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach, primarily via cold calling
Engage business owners and senior decision‑makers
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
Track outreach and meetings in the CRM
Follow provided messaging and outreach guidance
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound B2B outreach
Strong communication and professionalism
Sales experience preferred but not required
Organized, reliable, and process‑oriented
Interest in learning about cybersecurity services
Compensation
This is a commission‑only position (no base salary).
Highly competitive commission based on deals closed from meetings you generate
Commissions paid immediately after deals close and payment is received
Strong earning potential as deal volume grows
Flexible workload and fully remote structure
